The purpose: To provide: (1) an overview of the U.S. Army’s (Army) license application; (2) a description of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC’s) process for reviewing the application; (3) a description of how the public might become involved in the NRC’s process; and (4) solicitation of stakeholders’ comments about the Army’s proposed action
