A minor earthquake occurred at 10:45:29 PM (HST) on Tuesday, June 30, 2009 .
The magnitude 3.0 event occurred 12 km (8 miles) NNE of Kukuihaele.
The hypocentral depth is 13 km ( 8 miles).
