Three more confirmed cases of Novel H1N1 Flu were reported today by the Hawaii State Department of Health. Two are from public schools on Oahu, Mililani Mauka Elementary and Anuenue Elementary have one student each recovering at home from mild flu cases. This raises the total number of confirmed cases to 33.
As of 5 a.m. HST May 20 Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported 5,710 confirmed cases in 48 states and eight deaths.
The World Health Organization reports as of 8 p.m. HST May 19 41 countries have officially reported 10,243 cases of influenza A(H1N1) infection, including 80 deaths.
