Greenia to receive Rotary vocational award

The Rotary Club of Kona Mauka has announced  Earl Greenia, CEO of Kona Community Hospital, is this year’s Rotary Vocational of Professional Excellence Award recipient.

The club recognizes Greenial’s outstanding personal and professional achievements, high ethical standards, passion and commitment to our community and his vocation, and his support of the Rotary concept of Service Above Self. Through the nomination of Rotarian Poppy Sokham, the club believes he exemplifies all of the qualities of who this award should go to and is truly deserving of this honor.

A special club meeting award presentation is noon Tuesday, May 19 at Teshima’s Restaurant. Anyone interested in celebrating Greenia’s achievement is welcome to attend. Lunch is $17 per person.
