Crosswalk striping on Manawalea and Kealaka’a Streets in North Kona, starts Thursday, April 16 and continues Friday, April 17. Roadwork will take place between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on both days. Traffic delays not anticipated.

A new crosswalk will be striped at the intersection of Manawalea and Kealaka’a Street and the existing crosswalk fronting Kealakehe elementary school on Kealaka’a Street will be restriped.

A new bike path will be striped along both sides of Manawalea Street on Monday and Tuesday, April 20-21. No parking will be allowed along Manawalea between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., to allow workers access to the area.
