Why does 5th in Division II sting like it’s actually around about 10th in the State if you figured in the D I schools.

shame on the refs….everyone that was @ the D2 semifinal game between kohala & kialua saw the refs steal the game away from kohala…first of all.how can they put 3 oia refs on that game?second, for those of you that wernt @ the game.it all went down like this..down 11 with 4 mins left.kohala fights back to take a 3 pt lead with 25 secs to go. in need of the ball kialua has to foul. player frm kohala has the ball just past half court.stops his dribble & waits to get fouled.first kialua player swips @ the ball but hits the kohala player in the face.so he just holds on to the ball waiting for the whistle.no foul?no whistle.second kilua player comes over to trap or foul.bumps the kohala player,he stumbles.whistle blows..finally.foul.two shots to seal the game & shot @ the championship…ref calls foul.wait.head ref over rule..TRAVELING.kailua ball.3 pter. kialua wins in ot

no doubt kilua is a great team..maybe a true D1 team.hey dont they have two D1 state titles?so hats off to the little kids frm kohala.they may be a small team.( no player over 5’11” )but they got the biggest hearts…so can anyone tell me how they pick whos D1 or whos D2.the last three D2 champs.mckinley, farrington & kailua.probably over a thousand students? kohala,250 students!! same with kamehameha hawaii’s girls bball team, kona’s football & hilo’s boys volleyball.why dont you man up & play with the big boys & gilrs!!! as a hilo alumni i am ashamed to see the volleyball team winning D2 championships…shame!!! man up people
