Rescue crews were alerted at 11:45 a.m. and arrived to find the men floating face down in the water about 250 yards off Kapoho Lighthouse at about noon. A helicopter was used to recover the bodies of the two men, the Fire Department reported.
The identity of the men will be released by the Police Department. At least one of the men is reportedly in his 60s.
