Wind warning issued for Big Island summits, gusts over 100 mph

The Mauna Kea Access Road is closed to the public above the Visitor Information Station. Winds over 100 mph with gusts to 120 mph along with winter weather conditions are being reported on the summit. A Wind Advisory is also in effect for Hilo, Volcano, Honokaa, Waimea and Waikoloa.
