Hawaiʻi Island police are seeking witnesses to an assault and criminal property damage incident in Pepeʻekeo.

A 21-year-old Hilo woman reported that at approximately 3 a.m. Monday (March 21), she was traveling on Kumula Street in Pepeʻekeo when a car being operated by an unknown woman intentionally struck her car, almost causing her to lose control of the vehicle.
