Police have located a Kona boy reported missing

Police have located Christopher Duffy, who was reported missing, unharmed in Honalo.

MEDIA RELEASE

Police are searching for Christopher Duffy an 11-year-old boy last seen at home about 7 p.m. Saturday (July 15) in the Honalo area of Kona. Duffy is 5 feet tall, about 80 pounds, thin, has bleach blonde hair, a fair complexion and was last seen wearing an orange colored t-shirt with blue gym shorts.

Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call 9-1-1 or the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the island-wide Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000. Crime Stoppers is a volunteer program run by ordinary citizens who want to keep their community safe. Crime Stoppers doesn’t record calls or subscribe to caller ID. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
