Police are searching for a woman from Guam reported missing

Hawaiʻi Island police are searching for a woman who was reported missing.

The woman, tentatively identified as Ryeann Tuncap, is described as being from Guam, 29-30 years old, about 5-foot-5, 120 pounds with long dark-brown hair and with tattoos of a hibiscus flower on her left shoulder and a koi fish on her right calf. She was reported to have been in the Keaukaha area on August 8.

Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311 or Officer Matthew Lewis at 961-8121.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the islandwide Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300. Crime Stoppers is a volunteer program run by ordinary citizens who want to keep their community safe. Crime Stoppers doesn’t record calls or subscribe to caller ID.
