HawaiÊ»i Island police have located 38-year-old Mary Jane Anderson, of PÄhoa, who was reported missing.
She was located in PÄhoa on Thursday evening (September 1).

HawaiÊ»i Island police are searching for a 38-year-old PÄhoa woman who was reported missing.
Mary Jane Anderson, who may also go by the names Mary Jane Sheppard or Mary Jane Suerte, was last seen around 9 a.m. Thursday (Sept. 1), in the area of Prince KÅ«hiÅ Plaza in Hilo. She is described as Filipino, 4-foot-5, 120-125 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. She was wearing a fluorescent green T-shirt with black sleeves and dark jeans.
Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to call Officer Christopher Jelsma at 961-2213 or the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the islandwide Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
