As of 1 p.m. today (Dec 31) the Department of Health reported an additional 5 confirmed cases since yesterday bringing the total number of confirmed cases since the beginning of the outbreak to 195. These cases include 176 residents and 19 visitors.

Hawai‘i Electric Light Company announces a partial lane closure along sections of Highway 190 from just west of the Saddle Road Junction (17-mile marker) to Pu‘uwa‘awa‘a (25-mile marker) from early January through late March 2016.
