Hawaii Life promotes Keller at Hilo office

MEDIA RELEASE

Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers recently announced the promotion of Julie Keller, R(B), to Broker-in-Charge of their Hilo office, located at 500 Kalanianaole Ave. in Keaukaha.

Keller, who has been with the firm since 2010, has previously held positions with the firm as salesperson, broker concierge and statewide training director. She received her real estate license in 2005.

Keller’s new role includes day-to-day supervision of Hilo office operations, continued training and systems processing for all Big Island agents.

She also has direct responsibility for growing the Hilo office, which opened in March 2014.

“Given Hawaii Life’s leadership culture, it’s super exciting when we have the opportunity to promote leaders from within our organization,” says Katie Minkus, Hawaii Life’s Statewide Director of Sales. “Julie has proven herself more than worthy of her new role as Broker-in-Charge.”

A graduate of Hawaii Preparatory Academy and University of Hawaii-Manoa, Keller was raised in Kohala where she currently resides with her family.

Hawaii Life has grown steadily since it was founded in 2008. In 2012 it was ranked the third-fastest growing company in the state according to Pacific Business News’ Fastest 50 list.

Headquartered in Princeville, Kauai, the real estate company has 187 agents in 11 offices state wide, including 67 agents at three Big Island offices in Waikoloa, Kailua-Kona, and Hilo.

Hawaii Life is featured on the cable network HGTV with a show by the same name. The show, which follows different brokers as they help clients find their perfect home in Hawaii, was recently picked up for two more seasons.
