Tropical Storm Ana near hurricane strength, continues on path to Hawaii

According to the Nationa Weather Service Tropical Storm Ana is nearing hurricane strength and currently has recorded sustained winds near 65 mph at 11 p.m. Tuesday (Oct 14). When winds reach 74 mph it will become a Category One hurricane, this is expected to happen by Wednesday.

Ana is moving toward the West near 10 mph.
