Police locate Ka‘u man reported missing

Hawaiʻi Island police are searching for a 19-year-old Kaʻū man who was reported missing.

Alex Aden is described as Caucasian 5-foot-10, 180 pounds with blond hair and glasses. He was last seen at 8 a.m. Saturday (September 13) on Cane Haul Road in upper Nāʻālehu wearing Navy blue sweat pants and a Navy blue shirt.

He may have a medical condition that requires medication.

Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the islandwide Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300. Crime Stoppers doesn’t record calls or subscribe to caller ID. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.

Hawaiʻi Island police have located 19-year-old Alex Aden of Kaʻū, who was reported missing.

He was found Saturday evening (September 13) in Kaʻū.
