Police locate Hilo boy reported missing

Hawaiʻi Island police are searching for a 16-year Hilo boy who was reported missing.

Rylen H. Resurreccion-Waiwaiole was last seen in Hilo on April 27.

He is described as 5-foot-6, 160 pounds with brown eyes, black hair and possibly a mustache. He has a tribal tattoo on his left upper arm.

Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the islandwide Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.

Hawaiʻi Island police have located 16-year Rylen H. Resurreccion-Waiwaiole of Hilo, who was reported missing.

He was found in Puna on March 10.
