Aloha Krav Maga grand opening in Kona (July 6)

MEDIA RELEASE

Aloha Krav Maga celebrates its grand opening July 6, 2013.

Krav Maga is a system of self-defense and hand-to-hand combat developed by the Israeli Army. The central purpose of Krav Maga is survival at any cost. Pronounced “Krahv Ma-gah”, it means “contact combat” in Hebrew.

If you are looking for the confidence that comes with knowing you have the skills to protect yourself and family, or a way to shed pounds and get into fighting shape, Krav Maga is the fastest, most effective and most enjoyable way to do it.

There is no pageantry. There are no rituals. It is a practical, no-nonsense approach to self-defense, aimed at preparing you to defend against threats and attacks from armed and unarmed assailants.

Krav Maga will train you to recognize danger at the earliest possible moment and react with the appropriate level of force – with little or no hesitation.

Aloha Krav Maga invites the community to come try out a free class at its grand opening. Located in Kona Marketplace on Alii Drive, classes will be offered at 9 a.m.,10 a.m. and 11 a.m. July 6. Classes sizes are limited so be sure to reserve a spot.

Are there any plans to expand to Hilo area? Can you suggest a Krav Maga school near or South of Hilo?

    Thank you,
