These incidents are getting really really frightening.. I don’t know if Saturday’s shooting has set some kind of a precedent or if this incident is related to that, but I feel it’s going to get worse. We need to get guns out of people’s hands! Where are they getting them in Hilo?!?

    • Plant Dope. Harvest Ice. says:

Many guns here on the island were stolen from people’s houses. Who bought them to protect their houses from these very burglars. Pretty idiotic, isn’t it?

Therefore we should stop all gun sales (besides hunting rifles for trained hunters).

      • Ken says:

Why yes, a hunter would never do anything stupid with a gun!

        • Plant Dope. Harvest Ice. says:

You’re not a hunter. You see enemies everywhere and are fearful. That’s why yo like your gun. Grow a pair.

          • Ken says:

How would you know if I am a hunter or not?

It seems to me the guy who sees enemies in everything is
you – the guy who is against virtually everything – drugs, guns, abortion – the list of things you are against and want to ban is endless.

Now, if you would like to accompany me on a good Northern
Wisconsin Deer Hunting Season at my property I have there – let me know. I may however, borrow a play from Dick Cheney’s book on you!

          Rarely.

    No statement from HPD?
