‘Real Love’ workshop in Kona (Dec. 15 )

MEDIA RELEASE

Robin La‘a, professional relationship coach, leads the workshop “Real Love: Building Success in Relationships” 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 15 at Unity Church.

In this experiential, interactive workshop, La‘a will introduce students to the principles of Real Love, as taught by interpersonal relationship expert Dr. Greg Baer.

These principles apply in a variety of relationships — parenting, dating, marriage and the workplace — and are geared to help attendees understand how to nurture relationships of greater peace and love.

La’a has been conducting Real Love workshops for seven years on Maui and in Hilo.

Fee is $25 and includes study materials and a fruit lunch; attendees are welcome to bring a sack lunch. Registration and coffee is 10:30 a.m. with the workshop starting 11 a.m. and continuing until mid-afternoon.

The workshop is presented by Pacific Rim Education Foundation and co-sponsored by Hawaiian Queen Coffee and Womenʻs Federation for World Peace.

Reservations are appreciated to Farley by Dec. 13 by phoning 987-6510. Unity Church is at the Kona Center, located at the corner of Kuakini Highway and Hanama Place.

The Pacific Rim Education Foundation sponsors educational programs, funds charitable activities and supports practices that nurture love, wisdom and peace within individuals and families, which promote understanding and connectedness among communities, and which foster wise care for the Earth.

PREF is funded by the Hawaiian Queen Coffee Company (HQC); the Unification Church, founded by the late Reverend Sun Myung Moon; and by individual donors.
