Fall back, fall back: Time has expired

On the mainland (except for most of Arizona) – at 2 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, Daylight Savings Time ended. That means most of the mainland and the rest of the world, turned their clocks back 1 hour.

Hawaii does not observe Daylight Savings Time.

For the winter months of Standard Time, the time differences between Hawaii and the various time zones on the mainland:

* Alaska – 1 hour ahead of Hawaii
* Pacific – 2 hours ahead
* Mountain – 3 hours ahead
* Central – 4 hours ahead
* Eastern – 5 hours ahead

Daylight time starts on the second Sunday in March and ends on the first Sunday in November.
