Dana Strang and SaiFon Woozley have collaborated to open a state-of-the-art yoga center offering a wide variety of yoga styles from Hot Vinyasa to candle light resorative and meditation.
With the doors of Yoga Hale opening Sept. 15, Kona will have
a professional yoga studio with classes available for all interested in a healthy lifestyle.
Yoga is exploding in popularity encompassing all aspects of fitness, providing benefits for the elite professional athlete, to the beginner taking steps to improve their own health.
Yoga Hale will offer a minimum of five classes per day for all levels and all ages.
Dana and SaiFon combined, have more than three decades of yoga experience, practicing and instructing all over the world.
SaiFon has been on the Big Island for more than nine years, instructing at the original Yoga Hale while Dana has been on island eight years.
Yoga Hale is centrally located in Kona on the corner of Hualalai and Kuakini above Lemongrass Bistro, Tracy’s Tasteeze and Sima-Ichi sushi restaurant.
