MEDIA RELEASE
This event featured all recreational paddlers racing in OC6 canoes, and will be held every year on the Kauikeaouli Festival Weekend, which coincides with St. Patrick’s Day, the official birthday of Kauikeaouli, Kamehameha III.
A beautiful morning on the water was celebrated by all participants, who raced in canoes belonging to Keauhou Canoe Club, and awards were presented after a Paddlers’ Breakfast prepared by Terry Trinidad & the Keauhou Chefs’ Team.
