Honokaa repeats as the boys soccer state champion in Division II, ending its season Saturday undefeated at 19-0.
A 72nd minute goal by Valentino Quijano-Moeckel was enough to vault Honokaa past Kapaa.
Seeded No. 1 in Division II, Honokaa outscored the opposition 11-1 in three state tournament games.
It was a rematch of last year’s championship game, when Honokaa routed Kapaa, 4-1.
Honokaa has won both championships under coach Maurice Miranda.
Elsewhere in Division II, HPA fell to St. Anthony, 2-1, to take fourth place. And Konawaena lost 1-0 to Mid-Pacific to seal sixth place.
Makua Lani dropped out in the first round to No. 2 seed Kapaa, 2-1
In Division I, No. seed Mililani topped Kalani, 3-1, for the state title.
The top seeded Big Island team, No. 4 seed Kealakehe, was dumped out in the quarterfinals by Iolani, 1-0. And Waiakea lost to Kalani in the first round, 4-0.
In the consolation bracket, Waiakea slumped 3-1 to Aiea and had to settle for eighth place.
