MEDIA RELEASE
Police are trying to locate Walter Kenneth Victor , a 62 year-old man, 5’11″ in height, 235 pounds in weight, gray short hair. Victor was last seen at Prince Kuhio Plaza wearing a blue t-shirt, blue and white checkered shorts and dark shoes.
Victor needs his medication for diabetes and a heart condition.
Contact police via 911 if you have any information.
