Big Island police are searching for a 30-year-old Pahoa man wanted for violating parole.
Matthew Keoni Tilfas is described as a local male, 5-foot-5, 160 pounds with short black hair, brown eyes and possibly a mustache and goatee. He also is known as “Matt” and “Jenning.”
He has several tattoos:
- Bugs Bunny on his back
- A large cross and the name”Keoni” on his upper left arm
- A series of triangles on his left forearm
- A rose and the name “Courtney” on his left inner forearm
- The name “TILFAS” on his abdomen
Police ask that anyone with information on his whereabouts call Detective Royce Serrao at 961-8810, Detective John Rodrigues at 961-2382 or the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000. Big Island police have located 30-year-old Matthew Keoni Tilfas of Pahoa, who was wanted for violating parole.
He was arrested in Volcano on Friday (November 11).
