A benefit celebration for the late George Naope is scheduled Oct. 24 at Jacaranda Inn in Waimea.

The celebration supports Halau Hula is Hawaii Trust and features tons of entertainment, lunch and three hours of open mike.

Donations will be accepted at the door, although entrance is free.
