Parmley is new vice president with The Shops at Mauna Lani

Kohala Coast, Hawaii – Aloha Investment Group III, LLC, today named Debbie Parmley its vice president. In this capacity, Ms. Parmley will oversee all aspects of management, leasing, advertising, promotions and community relations for The Shops at Mauna Lani.

Ms. Parmley has more than 20 years of resort and commercial property management, leasing, promotional event and marketing experience. Most recently she was a member of the Colliers Monroe Friedlander Third Party Management Team with a portfolio of resort and commercial retail on Hawaii’s Big Island and Kauai. Prior to that she was a member of the development and management team for Waikoloa Beach Resort which included Queens’ MarketPlace, Waikoloa Cultural Gardens and Kings’ Shops.

“I will strive to develop a partnership between ownership, tenants and the community. I look forward to developing and expanding the events and activities for guests and residents to showcase the unique Hawaiian experience that resides at Mauna Lani and The Shops at Mauna Lani,” said Ms. Parmley.

    Does she know that she’s taking the helm of a sinking ship? What an awful shopping center. If it wasn’t for Tommy Bahamas, that place would be worthless.
