That’s bull crap. You will see Mr. Namohala cleared of these charges. I hope that will be “front page”news as well.

yeah right all you'll see is more people coming forward saying the same thing about this guy……
I hope he gets what he deserves…………………… 3 to 5

It sounds like you have a personal vendetta against Herb. He is innocent of these charges. You should get your facts straight first Sam. And Hilo is a small town.

this is complete crap!! i know herb personally and can say that this detective DID NOT complete a full investigation into this case. this woman had nothing to do with the initial complaint from my understanding and it was her son who felt she was getting ripped off and paid this detective to run down herb. without getting into further detail, this woman kept turning the repairmen away when they came to complete the job. calls were made to her residence to schedule a time to complete the work however the calls went unanswered or were turned away. it's unfair to arrest herb and slander his name on the local news/tv. what kind of detective arrests someone for 2 hours and hurts someone's businesses/personal relationships without getting all the facts???! vindication will be swift and his name will be cleared! WE SUPPORT YOU HERB!!

yeah right this guy has been going all over town doing this same thing to old people. He did the same thing to my parents, but they dont want to press charges. Like I said before I hope he gets what he deserves…

  5. Loli says:

Everyone knows this man is innocent! He is a business owner and has a family and reputation to uphold! He doesn’t need to take from anyone. This is petty and makes the police dept look bad! What evidence do they have. There has been an arrest and that’s it!
They need to drop it before someone gets sued! Go Herb Go!

  6. Dorothea from California says:

Herb go way back over 20 years. I do not believe he would do anything like that. The truth will prevail.
