Minor earthquake shakes Big Island Monday night

At 10:20PM an earthquake occurred measuring 3.5 in magnitude approximately 8 miles South of Volcano Village on the slope of Kilauea. No tsunami has been generated. Thank you

A minor earthquake occurred at 10:19:59 PM (HST) on Monday, May 17, 2010 .
The magnitude 3.5 event occurred 10 km (6 miles) WNW of Ka`ena Point.
The hypocentral depth is 12 km ( 7 miles).
