* Hand out and explain raffle ticket process
You will sit at a table with a stack of raffle cards and pencils and pens. The pens and pencils are used to write the name of the person legibly so it can be read in case it’s drawn for a prize. You will explain the use of the raffle tickets. The raffle cards require adults and children holding the cards to visit 11 exhibits where the card is either punched or a sticker applied. When all 11 boxes have been filled, the raffle card can be deposited in the big drawing container on the Outrigger side. Prize drawings are held throughout the day.
